who's to blame?

ok...i just finish my internship last saturday. Hmm.. internship company kecik je..melayu pulak. well i don't mind the fact that the company is a small scale advertising company and melayu, but..all in all i can say..it's quite new and not so stabilize yet, n i've seen few people get fired n many of them quit, do i need to tell more about this organization? hurmm...go figure

so, malas nak cite banyak2 kerane saye pun x perfect mane, so it's not fair for me to criticize a particular company, walhal saye punye pengalaman dalam bidang graphic adelah sgt kecik :)

last tuesday, class started as usual. there goes my final semester, continuing my final project, phew" Then my beloved lecturer ask us about the experience during the internship. semua org pun meluahkn perasaan sedih sayu dan tidak puas hati nye.. but some students manage to have wonderfull experience, which i n some of my friend really envy.

My lecturer conclude our story n said.. " well..if u think the job / workin environment doesn't fit u..u r not made to be in this graphic design field. If ur blood pressure do rise up, well.. welcome to the industry..:) "

I do think my blood pressure did rise up ,haha. It was real hectic. Im imune of working 14 hrs a day. The working process was a chaotic. even though i don't really like the management, but all in all..i feel satisfied with all the project that i manage to finish according to plan and deadlines.

My lecturer final question regarding to the topic, " Why nobody did go to big 4 company for internship? why no one go to Leo burnett, McCann , or saatchi saatchi , or Media prima?"

ok..first thing is because...last semester, lecturers gave us unreasonable deadlines, with tones of final work, and in the same time we have to find our own place for internship, n nobody help us. we do apply for big company, but, it's really hard to get in i guess. no reply n bla bla bla..

why don't the faculty do like the accountancy faculty did. their lecturer look for students internship company, therefore most of the students manage to do their internship at big 4 company like KPMG and Deloitte. I believe lecturer have better power to persuade big company to take us to be a part of them as an intern.

hurm...well...just an opinion

*sungguh menyesal rasenye...kalau tau mcm ni, i will struggle to be in a big company..nak buat praktikal lg bole? :D
